Being a baker requires a particular type of person—someone who is reliable, who enjoys working early mornings, and who is willing to learn.

Our customers love that we have fresh-baked goods available year-round. To accommodate that, we need bakers who seek a stable, consistent lifestyle.

Whether or not you have experience, you must fulfill the following:

  • Due to Alaska labor laws, you must be older than 18

  • Able to work full-time, overnight

  • Above everything—possess a willingness to learn

  • Willing to take notes

  • You are proud of your work ethic and product

  • Are physically capable of standing for long periods of time

  • Able to lift 50 pounds

  • Will maintain an excellent standard of safety and hygiene

  • You are committed to our goal of eliminating waste

Compensation

This position is heavily dependent on experience, but starts at $15 an hour.
