Line & Prep Cook Application

Being a cook requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn and work in team. Our cooks are foundational to the success of Turkey Red. We have the privilege of having highly experienced cooks who have been with us for many year, we want to find more of these talented individuals.

Whether or not you have experience, you must fulfill the following:

  • Above everything—possess a willingness to learn

  • Willing to take notes and quickly become an expert in our menu

  • You are proud of your work ethic and product

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Are physically capable of standing for long periods of time

  • Able to lift 50 pounds

  • Will maintain an excellent standard of safety and hygiene

  • You are committed to our goal of eliminating waste

  • Understand the importance of professionalism

Compensation

These positions will be compensated at $15+ an hour, depending on experience.
