Kitchen Manager Application

This position ensures that the Turkey Red kitchen is running at full efficiency. You will responsible for operational tasks as well as prep.

You must fulfill the following:

  • Knowledge of restaurant regulations and/or fast learner

  • Excellent note taker

  • Focused on excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile to make our dining experience exceptional for our guests

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Highly technology literate — able to work with point of sale systems (we use Square)

  • Is physically capable of standing for long periods of time

  • Can maintain an excellent standard of safety and hygiene

  • Is committed to our goal of eliminating waste

  • Is highly organized and able to manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering

  • Understands the importance of professionalism
